Return & Refund Policy

Customers are entitled to request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions outlined in the table below.

Exchange & Refund Eligibility

Customer changed mind Deducted from refund Product in original, completely sealed packaging — never opened
Wrong product delivered Free Customer may choose exchange or full refund — product unused with all accessories and original packaging
Manufacturing defect Free Product received for technical inspection — Customer offered exchange or full refund*

* If no manufacturing defect is found, the product is returned to the customer free of charge. If the customer refuses to receive it, it will be held in storage until further notice.

Return Process

Open a support ticket via our Customer Service page with the subject "Return or Exchange" and your order details.

Ship the product via the courier to Sakr Store's warehouse, in accordance with the conditions in the table above.

Our team will carry out a technical inspection within 5–7 working days of the product arriving at the warehouse.

The refund is issued via the original payment method (credit card / bank transfer / cash) once the product passes inspection.

Important Notes

  • Products that do not meet the return conditions outlined above will be rejected.
  • Customers may refuse delivery directly from the courier, provided the packaging has not been opened. Shipping costs are borne by the customer in this case.
  • Once the packaging has been opened, the product cannot be returned with the same delivery person — returns must go through Customer Service.
  • Orders are delivered to private addresses only (home or workplace).
