The offer and sale of products on the Sakr Store website are governed by the General Terms of Sale set out below. These Terms comply with Egyptian consumer protection legislation. By completing any purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accepted these Terms.

1. Contracting Parties

Sakr Store Electrical Appliances — a company registered under Egyptian commercial law, hereinafter referred to as "the Store" or "Sakr Store".
Customer — any natural or legal person placing an order on the website for personal or non-competing commercial purposes.

2. Application and Modification of Terms

By placing a purchase order, the Customer confirms the accuracy of information provided and fully accepts these Terms. Sakr Store reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments are published on this page and take effect immediately. The Terms applicable at the time of ordering govern that specific order.

3. Website Registration

Registration requires a username and password. The Customer may request delivery to an address different from the registered one. To deregister, contact us at info@sakrstore.com.

4. Product Characteristics and Pricing

Product images may not perfectly represent items and may differ in colour, size, and accessories. Products are sold at the price displayed at the time of ordering, inclusive of applicable VAT. Delivery costs are not included and are calculated automatically before final checkout. In-store prices may differ.

5. Placing an Order

  • Shipping and delivery are available within Egypt only.
  • Orders are subject to quantity limits and product availability.
  • Promotional codes are valid for the specified product and period only, and cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional codes must be applied at checkout; they cannot be added after confirmation.
  • Orders from persons under 18 years of age will not be accepted.
  • Data errors can be corrected before the final order submission.

6. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Upon receipt of an order, Sakr Store automatically sends the Customer an email confirmation summarising the order details. The Store verifies product availability; if unavailable, the Customer is notified immediately. Order rejection does not entitle the Customer to any compensation or create any liability on the part of the Store.

7. Payment Methods

  • Advance payment via bank transfer (all bank charges borne by the buyer).
  • Credit or debit card (Visa / MasterCard).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD).

8. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped within Egypt within approximately 72–96 hours of order acceptance. Delivery times are indicative. Delivery costs are calculated automatically before final checkout. Sakr Store will follow up on any non-delivery or delayed delivery reports and take necessary steps to protect the Customer's rights.

9. Acceptance of Products

In the event of damaged packaging or products, or a quantity discrepancy, the Customer must record this on the delivery document before signing. Signing constitutes acknowledgement of the product's external integrity. Any issues with the condition or completeness of received products must be reported within 10 working days of delivery by emailing info@sakrstore.com.

10. Invoicing

An electronic invoice is issued for each order based on information provided by the Customer. Invoices cannot be modified once issued. If the delivery address differs from the billing address, specify this when placing the order.

11. Warranty and Returns

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty for the period specified on the warranty card included with the product. Manufacturers provide maintenance and spare parts free of charge during the warranty period and for a fee thereafter as indicated on the packaging. The Store does not intervene in manufacturers' warranty decisions.
If a product has manufacturing defects or sustained shipping damage, the Customer may request a replacement within 10 days of receipt by contacting info@sakrstore.com. The product must be returned in its original intact packaging with all components.
